Youth Ambassador is an initiative of Muhammad Yunus Forum. The core objective of this initiative is to promote social business to the youths of the world. Like Grameen credit, Social Business is a tools to fight poverty. Yunus Forum offers a platform for youths to join 2006 Nobel Laureate Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus to make a poverty free world.
The working cycle of Youth Ambassador program of this academic year is: 1 June 2010 to 31 May 2011. The selection of youth ambassador is on rolling basis. Yunus Forum will nominate 25 ambassadors this academic year of 2010/11: 5 in Asia, 5 in Europe, 5 in North America, 5 in Africa and 5 in South America. The number of supporters should be unlimited. The supporters will be taken care of by ambassadors regionally. All ambassadors will get a pay as you go invitation to the annual meeting of the Yunus Forum with Professor Muhammad Yunus.
